Working in partnership with a range of individuals and organisations, we provide services in response to expressed needs.
Since 2003, Acorn Principle Plus Ltd has been collaborating with organisations, teams and individuals to create ways for them to learn, connect, grow and give back to their workplace / communities.
Our mission and intention is to create the conditions and opportunities for growth, from supporting aspiring coaches and trained coaches at whatever stage they happen to be on the road to coaching mastery.
From coaches-in-training, staff involved with in-house coaching pools and independent coaches running their own professional practice to more seasoned coaches developing skills in coach supervision, we aim to meet your expressed needs.
Whether we are developing coaching approaches in third sector organisations or co-creating qualified coaching pools in public sector organisations (such as the NHS, Scottish Government and Higher Education), our focus on continuing professional development is underpinned by ethical practice which is grounded in a recognised competence framework and established value base.

Get in touchInspiring Partnership: Coach Supervision Programme
OPEN FOR ENROLEMENT NOW
Our Inspiring Partnership groups run for 6 months to offer coaches a deep and supported journey focusing on growth and development. The ethos is based on the simple premise that when we focus on giving to others, on using the talents, experiences and commitment that a small group of people can share with each other, then amazing things will happen for each participant.
Collaborating in this way means that each person has a team behind them, rooting for them, encouraging them and inspiring them to achieve their goals.
This year's partnership starts in September 2024, giving coaches an experience of ongoing supervision over a 5 month process. Each coach will reflect on their own development needs, will learn tools and approaches to bring about change and will have a team around them for support, challenge and accountability.
Our experience of working in this way has shown us that the collective capacity fulfills Simon Sinek's call to action; 'don't give to get, give to inspire'.
This new group is forming now and will have the option to gain a certificate in Coach Supervision by the end of the programme.

Acorn to Oaks Community
The road to coaching mastery - a journey from acorn to oak - is best travelled together.
Quarterly Gathering: Coaches come together virtually to support one another on the road to coaching mastery, with an emphasis on co-coaching practice and CPD.

Inspiring Partnership:
Coach Supervision
From September 2024 to February 2025, our small group of coaches step up to the role of becoming an 'inspiring partner' on a quest to discover the impact of supervision for themselves and others. We set off on an inward journey, into that self-reflective space, building on the Principle Led Coach Supervision framework and an option to get certified.
(Certificate Approved by the Institute of Leadership & Management)
Coach Training
The Advanced Certificate in Coaching Practice is our flagship coach training programme, accredited by the Association for Coaching for over 20 years.
