Working in partnership with individuals and organisations, Acorn Principle Plus has been providing AC accredited coach training since 2003.
Collaborating with organisations, teams and individuals to create ways for them to learn, connect, grow and give back to their workplace / communities.
Our mission:
to create conditions for optimum growth.
Whatever stage you happen to be on your coach development journey, we train aspiring coaches and support qualified coaches along the road to coaching mastery.
From coaches-in-training, staff involved with in-house coaching pools and independent coaches running their own professional practice to more seasoned coaches developing skills in coach supervision, we aim to meet your developmental needs and build coaching confidence.
We work with staff from a range of organisations (such as the NHS, Scottish Government and Higher Education), to create robust internal coaching pools as well as provision of continuing professional development and coach supervision. All of our services are underpinned by ethical practice, grounded in a recognised competence framework and established value base.
