Our highly experienced coach/trainers will take participants on a learning journey that combines a range of team development processes with theoretical models and an exciting new coaching methodology. The tried and tested Tuckman’s Team Development Process forms the basis of the journey and the participant’s engagement with the process will bring the times of sharing and reflection after practice sessions to life. The training takes place within a safe learning environment where trust and expert facilitation provide a positive platform on which to try out new skills and ideas.
