Coach Supervision - Individual and Group

Individual and Group Supervision for Coaches

Acorn Principle Plus (APP) are renowned for their high quality provision of coach training and continuous professional development opportunities for practising coaches.

As an organisational member of the Association for Coaching, Acorn actively promotes quality standards and ethics in coaching and continually explores new ways of supporting coaches in their development.  Acorn offers Coach Supervision for professional Coaches to support them in ensuring they provide the best, ethical service they can.

Individual Supervision provides a confidential 1:1 opportunity for coaches to explore practice issues, client concerns and business development with a supervisor.

Group Supervision with Action Learning Set methodology offers an opportunity to take part in group supervision bringing the additional dimension of peer learning and support. By using an Action Learning Set model, participants will have the opportunity to learn from others as well as from their own experiences.

The role and function of Coach Supervision is the same for both 1:1 and Group models. (See table below)  The group requires a commitment of 1 year to allow participating coaches time to engage fully with the developmental process.

How Group Supervision works

Each Supervision Action Learning set will contain up to 8 members and be facilitated by a qualified Coach/Supervisor/Action Learning Set Facilitator.

Participants attend all group sessions and have access to 1:1 Brief Supervision as required outwith group sessions.
